Should we have any questions regarding your order, we will reach out via phone and/or email. If you prefer to receive your order via next day delivery, the order needs to be received and verified by 1pm(PST).

Refunds on hair extensions are only granted within the first 3 days after purchase. The return of merchandise needs to be authorized prior to the return. There is a 15% restocking fee. Please note, all extensions must NOT have been tampered with or worn in ANY WAY. No flat ironing, washing, coloring, cutting etc. All sale (discounted) merchandise is considered FINAL SALE! No Exceptions!

Exchanges are acceptable as long as the exchange is within 3 business days and meets the requirements of a refund. We will gladly exchange your extensions for equal value. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs.

In the event we made a mistake, we will exchange the merchandise expeditiously. We would then assume the responsibility of the shipping costs.
